The Square Hotel Ginza is a perfect place to unwind and explore Tokyo, with its excellent location and rejuvenating spa. The buffet breakfast was a delightful start to my day. Plus, I loved the unique art gallery on site.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's location in Chuo Ward, at the heart of Tokyo, provided a perfect base for exploring the city. I found myself within a 10-minute walk of the Kabuki-za Theatre, where I immersed myself in a captivating show that was as mesmerizing as a live performance at Tokyo Disneyland.

Lack of complimentary tea or coffee amenities.

Conveniently located near Ginza metro and central landmarks, the hotel provides handy tech devices including smartphones, easy-to-use notepads for TV and AC, and phone mirroring with the TV. Friendly service and clean rooms make the stay comfortable. The modern vibe of the hotel compliments the style of the surrounding area.

I loved my stay at The Square Hotel Ginza! I came for the Tokyo Marathon and stayed for a week afterwards. The room was clean, modern, and generously sized. The separate bathroom area and powerful shower were great. The hotel had large public baths, which were a real highlight. The cafe/bar downstairs and the convenient location near multiple metro stations were also fantastic features. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even when I needed to store my luggage after checking out. Thank you!

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything in the Ginza area and reasonably close to the train station. It's also easy to get to and from Narita airport, with a convenient shuttle and train station nearby. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped with a safe, fridge, and hot water pot. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel decor is classy and sophisticated.

There was a long wait for service at the cafe, which was frustrating.

We loved the modern decor and clever use of space in the rooms. The on-site Sento was a favorite and a great way to experience public bathing culture. The location was perfect, with multiple subway lines, shopping, and restaurants nearby. The cafe downstairs served delicious juices and coffee. the property was welcoming, clean, and had everything we needed.

I would ask for more assistance from the children working there for senior people's vacation needs.
